Uzbekistan is the latest country to declare their interest in the development of a Kickworldwide Institute and Outreach Programme alongside the broadcasting of the Soccer Prince format.

Following several months of discussions, Steve Bellis was invited out to the capital, Tashkent, to get a feel for the current status of football in the country.

Kick have entered into a partnership with local company Muzone Entertainment LLC, who will manage the roll out of all three properties in the country.

Managing Director of Muzone, Davron Aziz, said “It was a great pleasure to welcome Steve to our country and we hope that he got to gain a better understanding of the current situation here in relation to football. We are looking forward to developing a long term relationship with Kickworldwide in this region”

Kick’s Steve Bellis commented “The warmth of the welcome in Uzbekistan was breathtaking. The Uzbeks clearly love their football and we are looking forward to working with Muzone to develop the sport further and create new opportunities for young people in Uzbekistan.
I was so impressed by the facilities both at club and national team level. Our TV format would undoubtedly be a hit in this part of the world”

Representatives from Muzone are expected to make a reciprocal visit to the UK early in the New Year to take the partnership to the next stage.
